Development and positioning of the Best of Wachau Customer Club

The regional quality campaign "Best of Wachau" was officially launched in March 2012. In the following years, the initiative succeeded in attaining a high degree of acceptance amongst partner establishments as well as a high level of international recognition.

An innovative product launch is currently being worked on in the form of a "Best of Wachau Customer Club". The Customer Club offers all guests who have booked at least 3 nights at a "Best of Wachau" accommodation provider a range of additional services free of charge. The main objectives are to increase the length of stay and to boost value added.
